Returns

We gladly accept returns within 120 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must include the original order confirmation or packing slip with your return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please email our support team at Support@testpro.store to start the return process.

  2. Return Authorization (RA): Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories (if applicable).

  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure successful delivery.

No Restocking Fee! – We do not charge any restocking fees on our products.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are non-refundable, including:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Refuse the delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately.

  • If damage is noticed after delivery, email us within 24 hours at Support@testpro.store with:

    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

TestPro covers the return shipping cost for damaged or defective items. A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Exchange Policy (Within 120 Days of Delivery)

We offer exchanges within 120 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at Support@testpro.store with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.

  2. Follow the return process for your original item.

  3. Once we receive and approve the return, we will ship your replacement product.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If your cancellation request is made after 24 hours, you will need to follow our return process.
